Honduras 2010 -> Facilities

My wife's college roommate is heavily involved with a nonprofit organization in southern Honduras, Mission Lazarus missionlazarus.org. So in April 2010 we joined a group going down there to see the operation and help out. Here's a collection of videos and photos from the trip.

This is the kitchen where they prepare all the food for the staff and volunteers. Scott volunteered to help in order to learn how to make their salsa and chips. This was in the evening after handling sheep all day - hence the comments about handwashing. By the way, the salsa turned out great.
